JNU Lecture Series

Spent part of the morning watching three others in the  JNU teach-in series on nationalism, to go with the ones I’d posted earlier. Here they are — first, Professor G Arunima of the Center for Women’s Studies:

Next up, Professor of Sociology Ari Sitas of the University of Cape Town:

And to bring the series up to date, Professor of Linguistics Ayesha Kidwai:

Damn! I’m a college dropout, but I’d love to enroll at JNU just now. And not just for the beer, the beef, the naked dances and the opportunity to contribute to the condom count.

In passing — when the ABVP/Parivar organises similar lectures that explore core concepts of nationalism and related themes, please do let me know.
